1957-ben születtem Makón, egy igazi alföldi kerékpáros városban. Azóta tanultam sokfélét, kedveltem a kémiát, kitanultam a vegyészetet,  majd a közgazdaságtant. Dolgoztam cégnél, iskolában, kamaránál, rövid intermezzóként vállalkoztam is. Gyerekkoromban mindent szétszedtem, megnéztem belül, milyen, hogyan működik. Apám igazi ezermester, akinek szemernyi türelme nincs hozzám. Ezért ezernyi kincset és szerszámot rejtő műhelyét távollétében és titokban látogatgatom. Mindent szétszedek és össze is rakok,  de mindig másképp, mint ahogy eredetileg volt, valamit mindig variáltam, módosítottam rajta. Ma persze már nem szedek szét mindent, például az autómnak még a motorházát se nyitottam ki, míg el nem fogyott belőle az ablaktörlő folyadék. A kíváncsiság, a működés okának megértése, a lehet-e másképp és jobban  csinálás kényszere máig megmaradt. Ami nem csak a fizikai tárgyakra terjedt ki, ugyanúgy érdekelt mitől működik jól az ember, mitől boldog, mitől van jó és rossz közösség, mitől hatékony egy szervezet, mi mozgatja a világot stb. Ismerkedtem az izmusokkal, vallásokkal, kipróbáltam exo- és ezoterikus módszereket. Mikor éppenhogy az igaz utat meglelém, amikor megértettem valamit magamból és a világból, mindig jött egy új impulzus. És ez így van jól. Kereső ember  vagyok, mint mindannyian, keresem a járható utakat a szó konkrét és átvitt értelmében egyaránt. És aki keres az talál.

I was born in Makó, a real biker town in the Great Hungarian Plain, in the year 1957. I have been studying this and that. I was fond of chemistry, so I graduated in it and afterwards in economics. I was working for a company, at school, in the chamber of commerce and, for a short period, I was even self-employed. As a child, I tended to disassemble everything, I was looking what it is like inside, how it works. My father was a real DIY-man, who had not the slightest patience with me. That is why I always visited his workshop, in which thousands of treasures and tools were hiding, only in his absence and in secret. I disassembled everything and then put it again together but always in another way as it had originally been. I was always changing and modifying something. Now, of course, I do not disassemble everything, e.g. I even did not open the hoods of my car until the windscreen wiper liquid run out. I have never ceased to wonder what causes something to operate, or whether something could be done in a different way or better. This curiosity of mine does not cover only physical things, I am also interested in what causes us to operate properly , what makes us happy, what is the secret of good and bad communities, what makes an organisation efficient, or what makes the world go round etc. I was learning  several -isms, religions, and I tried some exo- and esoteric methods. Just when I seemed to have found the right way, when I understood something of myself and the world, there always came a new impulse. And that is right so. I am a seeking man, as all of us are, I am seeking the passable roads in the real and figurative senses of the word alike. Seek and you will find…
